Catie is the founding owner of Harmony Health. She has been helping people on their wellness journeys for 15+ years. Catie teaches all styles of yoga, dance & pilates fitness, leads yoga trainings, works with clients on to one, and provides corporate wellness.
Kelly is passionate about making yoga accessible to folks with autoimmune issues such as multiple sclerosis. Kelly has been teaching since 2016, she leads all styles of yoga. Her favorite class to teach is restorative because it focuses on balancing the nervous system.
Jill fell in love with yoga when she realized how much it had to offer to a senior population. She teaches all styles of yoga and dance & pilates fitness classes. Jill has also expanded her wellness offerings to include Reiki and shares Reiki at the studio on the 3rd Friday of each month.
Lakia is the Co-Founding owner of our second studio location: Ocean View Yoga and the Samarasa podcast. She is an adventure loving healer who has travelled around the globe. She teaches yoga and yoga nidra at Harmony Health.
Brenda is the "Pocket.sized.Yogi" - she shares a beautiful energy and lovely words with all who attend her classes. A paralegal by day and retired member from the U.S. Navy, Brenda loves that yoga is the right choice for everybody.
Charlotte got certified to teach yoga when she was 18! She brings a lot of fun and vibrant energy to her classes. Outside the studio Charlotte has certainly got her hands full with a little man and new baby on the way.
Bunnie strongly believes in leading individuals to empowerment through self-care. Her services and products help her clients to feel rejuvenated and find balance in such a fast-paced world so they can continue to give their BEST.
Kayla is a certified yoga instructor that focuses on making a mind/body connection, meditation, and building strength within yourself. She's practiced yoga for 11 years, and credits yoga for the incredible growth she's seen in her community.
Susan is a passionate Kundalini instructor, she teaches to create a caring, nurturing, and safe practice. Kundalini is a unique style of yoga involving dynamic movements, powerful breath techniques, beautiful mantras, and deeply relaxing meditation.
Lian received a clinical Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her mission, as a pink guide on this journey of yoga, is to empower you to discover your own unique individual pathway towards self-regulation, resilience, and transcendence.
Yolanda started practicing yoga and meditation while growing up in Montana and as a lover of nature and the great outdoors, she immediately fell in love with the practice of yoga. Her goal is to bring awareness to the inner journey of self discovery, to reclaim your power and to fall in love with your most authentic self.
Victoria first started teaching yoga during a pandemic (the crazy times we live in)! She is also an ordained minister at Agape East Spiritual Center, a Reiki Master and meditation facilitator. Her classes focus a lot on communicating with the self, and others, for better health, and more joy in living.
Shannon fell in love with yoga on her journey of living with Multiple Sclerosis. She is passionate about teaching yoga for every Body and making yoga inclusive and accessible to everyone. Shannon is also a Registered Children's Yoga teacher and infuses fun and playfulness into her children's yoga class.
Wilda found yoga while exploring new hobbies during retirement. She found a practice that allowed her to tap into her love of teaching others and restoring calm and well being to all aspects of the self. She brings a well rounded mix of teaching tools and fun to each of her classes.
Christine's yoga practice brought her to a love of Ayuveda. Ayurveda is the science, the knowledge and study of life. Christine shares this Eastern philosophy on health and healing for the body, mind, spirit with our community at Harmony Health.
